A neo-baroque building erected in 1912–1913 for the original owner Wilhelm Lürkens. The building was made according to the design of the architect Alwila Jankau. In 1929, the palace became the property of the Textile Industry Union. After World War II, the building was the seat of the Bohemian bohemia. Currently, there is also a well-known restaurant Spatif.
