The facility's collection includes monuments from 175 archaeological sites, mainly the remains of camps from the end of the Ice Age and the times immediately following it. The museum collects monuments of material culture from the Bronze Age and the Early Iron Age, which come from over 400 archaeological sites from Central Poland, as well as from other regions of the country, as well as Europe. The exhibits gathered here illustrate the cultural changes taking place in our lands during the period of the spread of metal products, first of copper, then of bronze and iron.
