It was built around 1500. It is one of the most valuable and oldest religious monuments in the Łódź region. It is covered with shingles, has a characteristic front tower. Particularly noteworthy is the unique late-gothic wall polychrome of the walls from the time of construction (depicted in two belts of the Passion scene) in the nave and presbytery, and the Gothic-Renaissance ceiling polychrome. In the church main altar there is also a Gothic triptych with sculptures of the Virgin Mary with the Child, Saint. Barbara, Saint. Nicholas.
